[1] By playing on the server, the player agrees to fully respect the server rules and the general and commercial terms and conditions of the server. By joining the server, the player gives consent to the privacy policy and the processing of personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
[2] Any griefing of other players’ property is strictly prohibited!
[3] Do not swear, insult, or mock others. Behave politely and ethically. We follow the motto “Server for decent people”.
[4] Do not use inappropriate, vulgar nicknames or nicknames that can be confused with the nickname of an A-Team member.
[5] Do not spam the chat. Do not ask for OP, items, mobs, time/weather changes, or terrain edits using WorldEdit.
[6] Do not ruin the game for other players and do not log out during a PVP fight.
[7] Any UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISING on the server is forbidden.
[8] Do not use cheats, hacks, or exploit game bugs! The player is obliged to report every bug without delay.
[9] Any kind of fraud aimed at other players, A-Team members, or general scams is prohibited.
[10] Instructions from Helpers, Builders, Administrators and the Owner are binding for all players and must be respected. If a player disagrees with a decision, they may contact the staff via Discord.
[11] It is forbidden to assist or encourage other players to break the rules.
[12] The player is responsible for regularly checking the rules on the website/Discord for any changes. In case of doubt, the rules published on the website/Discord are always decisive.
[13] A request for unban can be submitted on Discord. Unban requests submitted in-game or on the server will not be accepted.
[14] Each player may have only one game account. If multiple people play from the same computer or IP address, this must be reported to the Admin Team.
[15] The player is fully responsible for the security of their account.
[16] In case of a ban, it is strictly forbidden to bypass the ban by creating a new account!
[17] In case of a rule violation, Helpers, Builders, Administrators and the Owner may impose the following penalties, depending on the severity of the offence:
- confiscation of items
- financial penalty of up to 90% of the player’s wealth
- imprisonment in jail for an appropriate period determined by the Administrator
- temporary mute
- temporary ban
- permanent ban
- permanent IP ban
[18] Any inter-subserver trading or gifting (for example for voting currency, keys, etc.) between players or between players and the admin team is forbidden. This also applies to keys received as a “thank you” from the server.
[19] A player under 18 years of age who wants to use the in-game “Alcohol” feature declares that they do so with the consent of a parent. This feature may be used only between 19:00 and 06:00. In the case of excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks, a member of the A-Team has the right to place the player in jail for 30 minutes, repeatedly if necessary.
[20] One-block towers to the sky and one-block holes that ruin the natural look of the terrain are forbidden!
[21] When cutting trees, chop down the whole tree. Floating trees do not create a nice and natural landscape. If you cut down a tree, do not forget to plant a sapling.
[22] Terrain modifications outside a residence and in its surroundings must be done in such a way that the terrain has a natural look.
[23] Only XP farms are allowed. Mob grinders are not allowed. Every XP farm must be approved by a member of the Admin Team (Admin, Head Admin, Manager, or Owner).
[24] In the Nether and the End, it is not allowed to create mob grinders or XP farms without the consent of the A-Team.
[25] Any farm that requires redstone, item sorters or other fast-ticking redstone circuits must be approved by a member of the Admin Team.
[26] It is strictly forbidden to build or own one-block animal farms that excessively burden the server. It is also strictly forbidden to have more than 70 entities and tile entities within a single chunk.
[27] The player is obliged to request approval of an XP farm from an online admin no later than 24 hours after it is started.
[28] It is allowed to own only one XP farm with a maximum of one spawner per player/residence, and only for personal use. Public XP farms are forbidden unless approved by the A-Team.
[29] An AFK fish farm also requires approval from a member of the A-Team. Unapproved AFK farms will be considered an unfair advantage. The maximum allowed AFK time at a fish farm is 1 hour.
[30] It is strictly forbidden to build, operate or own Blaze farms.
[31] It is strictly forbidden to use Anti-AFK “carousels” or any other methods that prevent a player from entering AFK status. Exceptions are fish farms (with limited AFK time) and cobblestone generators.
[32] A player who obtains a Creeper spawner from crates or trading and intends to build an XP farm must consult this intention in advance with an Administrator-level member of the admin team, and the Administrator must approve it. For a Creeper farm, the following applies: no more than 70 creepers may be stacked in a single chunk and no Creeper explosions may occur. The player may use the Creeper farm only between 22:00 and 12:00. Outside these times, operating a Creeper farm is forbidden. Any excessive server load caused by a Creeper farm may lead to its removal.
[33] Iron Golem farms are allowed only if they have automatic killing of Iron Golems. Farms without automatic killing, where Iron Golems roam freely, will be removed without prior warning.
[34] It is strictly forbidden to further enchant, repair, upgrade, rename or otherwise modify items created by the server (e.g. on an anvil, smithing table, etc.).
[35] A maximum of 10 heads per chunk is allowed, in order to prevent unnecessary server load.
